The PVC sheet id being cut automatically from data input to the machine. This information is often obtained from CAD.

PVC masks including placement guides.

The PVC profile (illustrated in blue) is manually applied to the plastic part (transparent). This will subsequently be cosmetically coated, cured and de-masked. The guiding features to guarantee positioning of the mask are also shown in the picture (top border and two exterior blue tongues)
