The manufacture of machined masks is carried out by loading
CAD and digitised information to the CNC machines. This manufacturing
method is highly recommended when the profiles to masks are
complicated and precision shut-off lines are required. The
result is typically consistent however, a degree of manual
fine tuning is usually required. Subsequently, this method
is recommended when a low number of precision masks are required.
