This method involves the manufacture of press tools and subsequent
pressing of metallic profiles, typically steel or aluminium
sheets. Cost effectiveness will only result in relatively
high volume projects. The metal pressing method is often combined
with previously laser cut shapes. Repeatability and consistency
are achieved. RSC would only recommend the production of metal
pressed masks when aesthetics are not a priority.
